About The Position
Dolly Parton's Stampede is seeking a dedicated, hardworking individual to fill our Operations Manager position. This is a growth opportunity position within the organization. This role involves direct supervision responsibilities across multiple types of departments including food & beverage, retail, maintenance, and guest services.
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of general management and supervisory experience.
- 1 year of operations experience (Preferred)
- 3 years of relevant experience (Preferred)
Nice To Haves
- Previous work experience in the hospitality industry is strongly desired.
Responsibilities
- Manager on Duty for themed, fast-paced Dinner Attraction.
- Serves as Safety and Loss Control Coordinator for attraction.
- Responsible for maintaining a safe and aesthetically pleasing workplace and guest areas.
- Coordinating with contractors and internal maintenance staff on maintenance and improvement projects, ensuring that the job is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Mentoring and providing direction to Department Managers.
- Works with General Manager in ensuring company financial and attendance goals are being met.
