About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Stablehands to join our team. The Stablehand will assist with the daily care of horses and maintenance of the stables to ensure a clean, safe, and healthy environment for our morning 11am - 7:30pm shift and 7:30pm to 6:00am Wed, Thurs, Friday, Saturday
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Education requirements include high school diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Must be reliable and dependable.
- Capable and comfortable working with and around animals of all sizes.
- Monitor physical fitness and health of barn animals, report accordingly to management.
- Care for barn animals by providing feed, fresh water, and clean spaces.
- Perform daily inspection of animals for soundness and or appearance.
- Communicate with performers accordingly when it pertains to barn animals.
- The stable hand position may require cross training in other areas of the production department.
