Greeter - Dolly Parton's Stampede
About The Position
Dolly Parton's Stampede is actively seeking members to join our team as Greeters. This role requires a passion for customer service and enjoyment of interacting with people. The Greeter will be responsible for welcoming, greeting, and directing guests, providing informative details about their visit and answering questions related to the performance. Additionally, they will offer guests drinks and snacks that exceed quality standards, maintain positive relationships with guests and colleagues, work at a rapid pace, assist in other departments as requested by management, and maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age.
- Education requirements include high school diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming, greeting and directing the guests as to what will take place in their visit by being as informative as possible.
- Answering questions related to the performance.
- Offering guests' drinks and snacks, which exceed our guest's standards of quality.
- Must get along well with guests and fellow employees and maintain a professional business relationship at all times.
- Must work at a rapid pace.
- Must help in other areas/departments as requested by management.
- Must maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance at the job.
