The Operations Manager (OM) is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in leading operational excellence of the Restaurant and upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture in all areas of Restaurant operations. The Purpose of the position is to execute Restaurant operations functions, act as manager on duty and open and close the Restaurant, and manage cash handling and ensure accountability. General to the role, the OM enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards, executes shift management meeting Raising Cane’s operations and safety standards, and uses required tools, forms and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective action when needed. The OM deploys Crewmembers during a shift, provides exemplary customer service, and utilizes the reward and recognition program for the Crewmembers in the Restaurant. The OM also authorizes employee functions requiring manager approval (e.g. discounts, promotions, timeclock overrides, etc.), ensures cleanliness of the Restaurant and ensures the facility is in good working order, and completes other duties as assigned.
