The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring all associates understand and use safe work practices, completing safety observations, determining daily workload based on corporate directives, and monitoring inventory movements. This role involves evaluating staffing needs, reassigning associates to meet demand, and working with Operations Supervisors to achieve key performance indicators, safety, performance, and budget targets. The manager will also handle inbound truck schedules, expedite priority product, resolve warehouse management system and inventory discrepancies, and communicate effectively with associates and Performance Instructors. Additionally, the role focuses on building an engaged and inclusive work environment, identifying process improvements, assisting with HR-related issues for associates, participating in hiring, setting clear expectations, monitoring performance, providing coaching and developmental opportunities, and assisting supervisors with management-level issue resolution.
