Evening & Weekend Leadership Act as Manager on Duty, overseeing all hotel operations during evenings and weekends Serve as the primary point of contact for staff and guests during assigned shifts Ensure the property is operating smoothly, safely, and in alignment with Hotel Peter and Paul standards Guest Experience Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service reflective of the hotel’s ethos Handle guest concerns, service recovery, and special requests with care and discretion Anticipate guest needs and proactively enhance the experience Front Desk Oversight Support front desk operations, including arrivals, departures, and concierge services Assist with escalated situations and ensure service standards are upheld Maintain strong communication with the daytime team for continuity Housekeeping & Maintenance Coordination Oversee housekeeping performance to ensure rooms and public spaces meet quality standards Partner with maintenance to address issues quickly Execute projects in conjunction with operations teams Conduct regular walkthroughs of guest rooms and public areas Events & Programming Oversee evening and weekend events, including weddings, private gatherings, and cultural programming that happens at the hotel Act as liaison between hotel operations and sales - using resumes to monitor happenings Team Support & Culture Lead and support staff with a hands-on, collaborative approach Foster a calm, respectful, and solutions-oriented work environment Provide guidance and real-time decision-making across departments
