About The Position

EverLine Coatings, a rapidly scaling commercial service franchise brand, is looking for an experienced, reliable, and proactive Operations Manager to lead our Nashville operations team. Our small but growing team is in need of a critical field training and support function leader to successfully launch and support our growing franchisee network. We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the execution of all projects and operations staff, and bring a solutions-oriented approach to the work we do. The Operations Manager’s responsibilities include formulating overall operational strategy, managing people, and ensuring adherence to EverLine policies and procedures within our operations department. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive while ensuring our profit margins are on the rise.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Operations Manager, Project Manager, or similar role
• Strong analytical ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Problem-solving attitude
• The right candidate will be in alignment with our core values and purpose
