About The Position

The Operations Manager initiates, directs, and participates in community outreach programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This role provides supervision and development opportunities for associates, models exceptional customer service, and assists the store manager in driving financial performance. The Operations Manager also coordinates and oversees job-related activities, ensuring associates are trained and aligned with company values and standards of ethics and integrity. Key responsibilities include building high-performing teams, fostering a culture of belonging, acting with integrity, serving customers by putting them first, and striving for excellence through continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies.

Requirements

  • 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
  • General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
