Job Description Unlock your potential The Transaction Processing and Shared Services team is hiring an Operations Manager at the Enterprise Park location. The Operations Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating day-to-day operational activities, ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational excellence, and compliance in a fast-paced, production-focused environment. This role leads a diverse team of frontline and professional staff and serves as a key point of contact for operational questions, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Operations Manager partners closely with site leadership to drive engagement, accountability, and customer satisfaction while maintaining strict adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Schedule and Location: 5 days a week on site at the Enterprise Park location (10035 E 40th Ave, Denver, CO 80238)
