Requirements
- 3+ years in operations, branch, or service management
- Heavy equipment / service / logistics experience preferred
- Strong leadership, organization & multitasking skills
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
- Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office; NEXT a plus)
Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day branch operations (parts, service, logistics)
- Coordinate service scheduling & dispatch technicians
- Support customers and resolve issues quickly
- Manage inventory, invoicing & workflow
- Drive efficiency, control costs & hit performance goals
