About The Position

DashMart is a local-fulfillment center owned and operated by DoorDash, offering customers household essentials and other items to their doorsteps with speed, reliability, and quality. We’re looking for a people-focused leader and experienced operations specialist to lead some of our new DashMart facilities. In this role, you will lead, recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team of Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, Supervisors, and Operations Associates. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of 3-6 DashMart locations, ensuring all site processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. You will also drive site profitability by reviewing site P&Ls, identifying performance gaps, and implementing corrective action plans. Additionally, you will design, build, and execute process improvement projects to drive operational efficiencies and employee experience, and support growth initiatives by ensuring sites are prepared for increased demand and operational complexity. You will work cross-functionally with central teams to ensure your site offers customers the best experience on each and every order and provide your team with the tools, resources, and support needed to achieve these goals.

Responsibilities

Drive Site Profitability by reviewing site P&Ls, identifying performance gaps, and implementing corrective action plans to achieve goals.
Design, build and execute process improvement projects to drive operational efficiencies and employee experience.
Support Growth Initiatives by ensuring that sites are prepared for increased demand and operational complexity.
Work cross-functionally with central teams to ensure your site offers customers the best experience on each and every order and provide your team with the tools, resources and support needed to achieve these goals.
