About The Position

NPW is seeking a highly organized, driven, and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. By fostering effective communication and collaboration with these key departments, the Operations Manager contributes to the overall success of warehouse operations and organizational objectives. NPW is a leading independent automotive aftermarket parts distributor. The Company has over 500 employees, 50 company owner locations in 14 states that include both stores and warehouses. NPW was founded in 1969 and has grown significantly through the successful completion of 30 acquisitions and organic endeavors.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years management experience in a high-volume distribution facility
• Proficient knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
• Punctuality and consistent attendance a MUST!
• Ability to sit, stand and/or walk the duration of the shift
• Bend, reach, lift, and climb ladders/steps
• Must be able to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone

Nice To Haves

• Automotive aftermarket experience in a distribution facility is preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
