Under the direction of the Director, the Operations Manager oversees all non-curricular, day-to- day operations of our Newton-based, Godine Early Learning Center. As a key member of the management team, this role ensures effective administrative workflows, operational efficiency, and a high standard of customer service for families, staff, and visitors. The Operations Manager develops and maintains center-wide operational systems, fosters positive relationships, and contributes to a safe, organized and nurturing environment for children and staff. This position collaborates closely with other departments across JCCGB and is fully informed about the center’s services, compliance requirements, and operational needs.
