Operations Manager
About The Position
J&W Heating & Air + Plumbing is seeking an Operations Leader to help drive a fast-growing residential service business. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for supporting and improving the performance of multiple departments, including service, installation, plumbing, sales, and administration. The successful candidate will help identify operational challenges, develop team members, create accountability, improve execution, and support the continued growth of the company. No two days are the same. Priorities change, challenges arise, and success requires adaptability, sound judgment, strong leadership, and a sense of urgency. The right candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership, follows through on commitments, makes decisions, and leads by example. This position requires someone who is comfortable holding others accountable while earning the respect of both office and field personnel. This position is best suited for someone who thrives in a high-accountability environment and takes pride in helping a business grow. We are not looking for the perfect resume.
