Requirements

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience, preferably in a high-volume distribution environment (tire or automotive industry experience a plus).
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and hold team members accountable for performance and safety standards.
  • Must be familiar with inventory systems, point of sale, word processing, spreadsheets, and general knowledge of internet browsing
  • Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience; must be at least 23 years of age.
  • Strong vehicle safety record (no more than three violations within the past three years).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Reliable with a demonstrated commitment to punctuality and dependability.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift and move 100+ lbs.
  • Forklift experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, including business reconciliation, cash drawer management, and cash and credit card transactions.
  • Plan and manage delivery routes, driver assignments, and related activities.
  • Review and reconcile drivers’ daily paperwork, including invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy across routes and customer accounts.
  • Support the collection of past-due customer account balances.
  • Supervise warehouse staff to ensure accurate receipt of inventory and proper order fulfillment.
  • Enter received inventory into the system with a high level of accuracy.
  • Coordinate and assist with inventory cycle counts as required.
