About The Position

The Operations Manager is responsible for empowering employees through leadership, mentorship, and guidance, identifying training needs and fostering skill development. Building and maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on care is crucial, ensuring satisfaction through regular surveys and audits. Ensuring compliance with contractual and safety requirements, and collaborating with HR to uphold fair and ethical practices in performance management are key responsibilities. Fostering open communication to encourage collaboration, feedback, and transparency is essential. The Operations Manager will serve as a role model for integrity, ethical decision-making, creative problem-solving, and professionalism, consistently demonstrating honesty. They will address escalated customer inquiries with a focus on care, ensuring timely resolutions and thorough reporting. Executing progressive disciplinary action and termination requests, clearly documenting employee performance issues and corrective action, and collaborating with cross-functional leaders to drive continuous improvement and transparency are also part of the role.
