About The Position
Woodhouse Day Spa is a modern luxury day spa dedicated to delivering results-driven treatments and exceptional hospitality in an elevated, serene environment. Our leaders are the stewards of that experience — responsible for the people, operations, and financial performance that make the Woodhouse standard possible every single day. We are seeking a detail-driven, guest-focused Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa. You'll be the connection between inventory, retail merchandising, and the guest floor — ensuring the spa is always fully stocked, beautifully presented, and running smoothly.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of retail sales or inventory management experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfort in a fast-paced, multi-tasking customer service environment
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly inventory counts and place accurate retail, back bar, and supply orders
- Reconcile invoices, receiving reports, and daily deposits
- Merchandise retail products to drive guest sales
- Lead daily huddles and coach the team on performance and guidelines
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and readiness of the entire spa facility
