About The Position

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is a growing facial bar in the Treasure Valley looking for an Operator. This role involves running a tight ship, developing people, prioritizing the clientele, and taking ownership of a P&L. The ideal candidate is genuinely obsessed with the client experience, ensuring every guest has an excellent visit. This position is suitable for individuals currently managing a studio, salon, gym, restaurant, or retail store who are seeking more ownership. FACE FOUNDRIÉ offers efficient and affordable facials, lashes, brows, and skincare in a clean, modern, inclusive space. The brand has been featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur, and Marie Claire, and performed over 360,000 services nationwide last year. The company is expanding in the Treasure Valley, growing its team, opening additional locations, and focusing on providing the best client experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in beauty, wellness, hospitality, fitness, or retail with real service standards and accountability.
  • Comfortable with numbers and managing to targets.
  • Ability to explain what moved performance metrics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to maintain a high bar while having a team that likes working for you.
  • Highly organized with a talent for building systems, following through, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and decisions.
  • Serious commitment to the guest experience.
  • Experience where client experience mattered and standards were upheld even when inconvenient.

Nice To Haves

  • An active esthetics license is a plus, as it aids in coaching technique and supporting the floor.

Responsibilities

  • Hiring, onboarding, coaching, and retaining a team of 15+ estheticians and front-desk staff, growing to roughly 30 across two locations.
  • Conducting honest and useful performance conversations.
  • Managing daily operations including scheduling, labor cost, inventory, ordering, cleanliness, and safety standards.
  • Identifying and resolving operational issues before they become problems.
  • Ensuring consistent service quality across every provider and shift.
  • Handling client concerns effectively to retain customers.
  • Partnering with ownership on monthly goals and managing key metrics such as service revenue, retail sales, membership growth, average ticket, and rebooking rate.
  • Driving local growth through community partnerships, local events, promotions, and social content.
  • Learning one studio, preparing to open a second, and eventually running both.
  • Building trust and command of the business within the first ninety days.
  • Understanding and explaining studio systems, service menu, membership model, and reporting.
  • Identifying and addressing issues holding the location back.
  • Making visible improvements to the business.
  • Ensuring the location runs independently within six months.
  • Owning the schedule, labor model, inventory, and service standards.
  • Improving core metrics like membership conversion, rebooking, average ticket, and retail attachment.
  • Developing team members into leadership roles to support multiple locations.
  • Documenting operational procedures such as onboarding, opening/closing, service standards, and training paths.
  • Maintaining a warm recruiting pipeline for future openings.
  • Ensuring proper staffing to support the team, schedule, and clients.
  • Actively participating in the preparation of the second location, including hiring plans, training calendars, and launch timelines.
  • Scaling operations across both locations within twelve months while maintaining standards.
  • Ensuring client experience consistency across both locations.
  • Reducing turnover and fostering a strong culture where employees refer friends.
  • Increasing membership conversion and retention.
  • Increasing net-new client counts.
  • Driving durable revenue growth.
  • Strengthening the company's reputation in the Treasure Valley.
  • Operating as a multi-unit leader.
