About The Position

CF Capital is seeking an Operations Manager to serve as the execution engine of the business, working directly with the founders to manage day-to-day operations, ensure tasks are completed, and translate priorities into tangible results. This role is fundamentally execution-focused, requiring meticulous attention to detail, strong follow-through, organization, and a sense of ownership. While opportunities for growth into broader leadership roles exist, they are contingent upon consistent high performance. Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in operations, executive support, project management, consulting, business management, financial operations, or similar environments.
  • Experience supporting founders, executives, or high-growth teams.
  • Exceptional follow-through and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • High attention to detail and bias toward action.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong systems mindset and ability to improve processes.
  • Strong preference for hands-on execution, with the ability to think ahead when needed.
  • Comfortable doing detail-heavy, repetitive work consistently.
  • Takes full ownership of outcomes, not just tasks.
  • Follows through relentlessly, even when work is repetitive or unglamorous.
  • Is highly organized and naturally detail-oriented.
  • Uses strong judgment to prioritize effectively.
  • Is comfortable operating without constant direction.
  • Is humble enough to do varying tasks that need to be done, even if the tasks seem mundane or repetitive.

  • Experience in real estate, property management, private equity, wealth management, or financial services is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Take full responsibility for turning priorities into results.
  • Manage action items, deadlines, and follow-ups.
  • Respond to investor and partner inquiries within 24 hours.
  • Organize projects, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Ensure seamless investor communications, distributions, and follow-ups.
  • Document, improve, and consistently follow processes.
  • Proactively solve problems.
  • Remove operational burden from the founders.
