About The Position

CF Capital is hiring an Operations Manager to become the execution engine behind the business. This person will work directly with the founders to own day-to-day operations, ensure nothing falls through the cracks, and take full responsibility for turning priorities into results. This role is execution first. The day-to-day work is highly detail-oriented and focused on follow-through, organization, and ownership. Growth into a broader leadership role is possible over time, but it is earned through consistent performance. If you are someone who takes pride in owning the details, following through relentlessly, and earning trust through execution, this is a rare opportunity to grow alongside a high-performing team. CF Capital is a fast-growing private equity real estate firm based in Louisville, Kentucky. CF Capital acquires, improves, and operates apartment communities across the Midwest and Southeast with a focus on creating better living experiences for residents, stronger returns for investors, and lasting value for the communities it serves. CF Capital operates under the mission “Elevating Communities Together,” believing that real estate is about more than buildings. It is about creating places people are proud to call home, delivering exceptional experiences for investors and partners, and building a company culture where great people can do meaningful work at a high level. Today, the firm owns and operates approximately 1,500 apartment units and manages roughly $175M in assets under management. Over the next 3 years, CF Capital plans to scale to 5,000+ units, launch its own property management company, and continue building the systems, people, and infrastructure needed to support that growth. Long term, the company is targeting 20,000+ units over the next 10 years. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with both founders during one of the most exciting growth phases in the company’s history and help build the operational foundation for what comes next. This role is: ● Execution-heavy and detail-oriented ● Focused on follow-through, organization, and accountability ● A true right-hand role to the founders ● An opportunity to earn increasing responsibility over time This role is not: ● A strategy-only or high-level leadership role ● A guaranteed path to the next level, title, or place within the organization (it is earned) ● A role where you will be removed from day-to-day execution
