The Operations Manager is responsible for directly supervising all maintenance, laundry, and housekeeping personnel, ensuring the proper completion of all duties. This role involves directing and coordinating cleaning and maintenance activities for the hotel's facilities, including guestrooms, public areas, back-of-house, laundry operations, routine maintenance, and preventative maintenance. The Operations Manager also ensures the overall appearance of the hotel, from the entrance to the roof, and manages the cleaning and maintenance of external areas such as the parking lot, walkways, landscaping, service areas, and building exteriors. Additionally, the Operations Manager may act as the Manager on Duty (MOD) when scheduled.
