The Operations Manager will be responsible for directing company programs and implementing company policy to ensure total compliance with contract duties between company and customer. This role involves planning and developing work schedules, inspecting and evaluating the physical condition of facilities for program compliance (safety, quality, service), conducting quality audits, and managing inventories of supplies and equipment. The Operations Manager will also investigate new and improved equipment and methods, review customer requests, implement organization policies, analyze budget requests, and assist in promoting services to develop new markets. Additionally, this role involves coordinating program specifications, assisting with plans and budgets for modifications, ensuring sites meet budget goals, and developing long-range plans for program improvements. The Operations Manager acts as a liaison between the company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors, maintains contract databases, and reviews correspondence concerning contractors. They will also conduct and attend meetings to ensure consistent communication and assist with human resource concerns. Some travel is required.
