About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking an Operations Manager for its Woodbury outlet. The role helps convey a positive impression of HUGO BOSS by delivering an exceptional shopping experience and supporting merchandise presentations that contribute to positive operating profits. The Operations Manager oversees daily retail operations and implements company initiatives and strategies at the retail level. The position also supports store management with health and safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local laws and HUGO BOSS standards.

Requirements

2–3 years of Operations Management experience.
Effective time management skills and a proven ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work with retail operating systems and use a PC and scanning equipment.
Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Use effective communication and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business with the merchant group.
Oversee daily retail operations, including store maintenance, inventory, logistics, and loss prevention.
Execute company initiatives and strategies at the retail level.
Work with visual merchandising and contractors to acquire fixtures and materials for projects.
Work with the IT department to manage the POS and other retail-related information systems.
Manage operational functions, including receiving and back room, inventory, merchandising, and store maintenance.
Ensure standard operating procedures are executed and policies are followed.
Cultivate relationships with the community through personal involvement, PR events, and advertising opportunities.
Assist with implementing health and safety policies and operational procedures, using provided training and guidance to support store management.
Follow local laws and regulations and HUGO BOSS health and safety standards.
