About The Position

Diesel is a global premium casual fashion brand known for its denim expertise. The Selling Supervisor helps grow brand awareness, develop the store business, and lead a team of fashion enthusiasts with a focus on client experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Supervisor supports store sales and profitability through effective team supervision and implementation of company programs, policies, and procedures. The role also includes taking ownership of assigned visual, merchandising, or operational responsibilities and temporarily assisting with store management decisions when the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is absent. The stated salary range is $19–$20 per hour. Responsibilities

• Assist the management team in achieving store sales and maximizing profitability through effective management and supervision of the store team and implementation of company programs, policies, and procedures.
• Take a proactive approach to business trends and needs, and serve as a positive role model representing and supporting Diesel's brand and values.
• Continuously improve supervisory skills and take ownership of responsibilities assigned by the Store Manager, including visual, merchandising, and operations responsibilities.
• Temporarily assist with store management responsibilities and make short-term decisions in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Perform omni-channel services and initiatives.
