About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day field and office operations across multiple environmental service lines servicing residential, commercial, and government sectors. This position will play a critical role in ensuring job profitability, compliance, crew productivity, and overall customer satisfaction. The Operations Manager will report directly to the executive leadership team and help scale our operational capabilities to match company growth.

Requirements

5+ years of operations, project management, or supervisory experience in environmental services or construction.
Proven leadership experience in Water/Fire Restoration and Environmental Abatement.
Working knowledge of IICRC protocols, Cal/OSHA, and AQMD/SCAQMD regulations.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with multiple active job sites.
Valid CA Driver’s License and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

IICRC Certified (WRT, ASD, FSRT) and/or CDPH/CSST certifications.
Experience with project management software (Encircle, Dash, PSA, XactAnalysis, etc.)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all field activities for Water Damage, Fire Damage, Abatement (Asbestos, Lead, Mold), and Reconstruction services.
Manage day-to-day scheduling, logistics, crew assignments, and resource allocation.
Ensure projects meet scope, budget, compliance, and timeline expectations.
Monitor job progress, conduct field walk-throughs, and provide support or escalation where needed.
