About The Position
The Operations Manager oversees bulk plant and product distribution operations, ensuring safe, efficient and profitable management of facility activities, inventory, transportation, equipment, personnel and customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years leadership experience in operations, transportation, fuel/lubricants or related industries.
- Leadership and team building

- Knowledge of DOT regulations

- Microsoft Office proficiency

Responsibilities
- Manage drivers, warehouse staff, technicians and facility operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, DOT and operational requirements.
- Oversee inventory control, product integrity and month-end reconciliation.
- Maintain P&L accountability, budgets, productivity and cost control.
- Coordinate fleet readiness with transportation and fleet management teams.
- Recruit, train, coach and develop employees.
- Investigate incidents and support continuous safety improvement.
- Resolve customer issues and support sales operations.
- Manage facility inspections, PPE and operational supplies.
