About The Position

Corky Pest Control, a company dedicated to keeping Southern California pest-free since 1967, is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead their exceptional pest control team. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction, driving efficiency and upholding the company's commitment to quality service. Requirements

• Proven management experience in retail or service environments
• Strong negotiation and team management skills
• Knowledge of retail math, sales, and inventory management
• Experience with payroll and budgeting
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Driving: 3 years (Required)
• Management: 3 years (Required)
• Customer service: 3 years (Required)
• Driver License (Required)
• State mandate license from the Pest Control Board Required
• Ability to obtain necessary licenses within 90 days

Nice To Haves

• Multilingual abilities are a plus
• 2-5 Years of Pest Control Experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• 3-5 years in a management role focused on customer service

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring outstanding customer service
• Guiding staff in all operational aspects
• Managing financial performance and revenue growth
• Traveling to meet clients and support specialists
• Conducting client visits and field inspections
• Training staff on new techniques and products
• Managing projects like fumigation and large accounts
• Submitting reports as needed
