The Operations Manager - Site will be responsible for directing company programs and implementing company policy to ensure total compliance with contract duties between company and customer. This role involves planning and developing work schedules, preparing schedules for service personnel, and assigning personnel to routes. The manager will inspect and evaluate the physical condition of the establishment for program compliance, conduct quality audits, and maintain inventories of supplies and equipment. They will investigate new and improved equipment and methods, review customer requests for service, and implement organization policies and goals. The position also involves analyzing budget requests, assisting in the promotion of services to develop new markets, inspecting plant facilities, and assisting with plans, budgets, and schedules for modifications. Ensuring the site meets budget goals and assisting in the development of long-range plans are key responsibilities. The role requires coordinating program specifications, compiling data for estimates, and maintaining financial reporting on labor hours, overhead, supplies, expenses, and forecasting. Maintaining a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with regulations (FLSA, OSHA, ADA), and directing supervisory management are also crucial. The Operations Manager acts as a liaison between the company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors, maintaining contract and contractor databases, and reviewing correspondence concerning contractors. They will establish and maintain contact with contractors for smooth contract process, and conduct/attend meetings to communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Assisting with human resource concerns and issues is also part of the role. Some travel is required.
