Flexible schedule to support 24-hour operations.
Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
2+ years of security leadership or related experience.
3+ years of verified security, law enforcement, corrections, or military experience (preferred).
Ability to obtain/maintain a valid State Security License.
Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Security Management, or related field (preferred).
Security management certifications (CPP, PSP) preferred.
Prior Certified Law Enforcement Officer Preferred.
Prior Military Preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee 24/7 security operations, ensuring quality service, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction while leading and supporting security personnel.
Support growth efforts by assisting with lead generation, providing administrative support to Branch Manager, Regional Manager, SE Sales Team, and Executive Leadership as needed.
Ensure consistent, timely security service delivery.
Administer guard management software.
Identify and resolve performance issues.
Implement and communicate operational standards.
Support change management and continuous improvement.
Provide leadership, accountability, and guidance.
Serve as liaison between clients, Site Managers, Supervisors, and leadership.
Maintain strong communication across operations.
Prepare reports on performance, incidents, and client satisfaction.
Assist as needed in lead generation activities.
Support Branch Manager, Regional Manager, and SE Sales Team with administrative duties related to growth activities.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Maintain documentation for audits and inspections.
Verify and track all employee licensing and certifications.
Maintain personnel records.
Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure 24/7 coverage.
Coordinate incident and emergency response.
Oversee billing and invoice accuracy.
