About The Position
Large Supermarket with 3 locations in NY and NJ is looking for an operations manager to be on top of all managers on at their 3 locations. This role will oversee operations across multiple sites, ensuring efficiency and effective management of store personnel and daily activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail operations and leadership capabilities to guide a team of managers.
Requirements
- Experience managing multiple locations or a large retail operation.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Understanding of retail operations.
- Ability to oversee and guide other managers.
- Experience managing warehouse operations is a plus.

- Familiarity with the NY and NJ markets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage store managers across three locations in NY and NJ.
