The CAC Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of a Child Advocacy Center, ensuring efficient, high-quality services across both the main center and satellite location. This role manages facility operations, staff support, scheduling, technology systems, vendor relationships, compliance requirements, and organizational policies. The Operations Manager coordinates resources between locations, promotes consistent service delivery, supports multidisciplinary team activities, monitors operational performance, and works closely with leadership to enhance organizational effectiveness, safety, and sustainability while maintaining a child-focused and trauma-informed environment. Oversees the operational performance of programs within The Center for Family Safety and Healing (TCFSH) by ensuring effective resource management, data-driven decision-making, and alignment with organizational and service line priorities. Partners across clinical, administrative, and external stakeholders to deliver efficient, high-quality program outcomes.
