The Center for Quality and Patient Safety at Seattle Children's is seeking an experienced Program Manager III to lead strategic, enterprise-wide initiatives that advance quality, safety, and clinical excellence. The Center brings together Clinical Effectiveness, Infection Prevention and Control, Patient Safety, Quality Systems, Regulatory Accreditation, Risk Programs, and Workforce Health and Safety to support a coordinated approach to improving care for patients and families. This senior-level role offers a unique opportunity to launch CONNECT-QI, a new multidisciplinary program designed to strengthen and coordinate quality improvement, research oversight, informatics, and improvement science activities across the organization. The Program Manager III will collaborate with a diverse group of clinical, operational, research, and informatics partners while also developing and formalizing Seattle Children's U.S. News & World Report pediatric hospital survey program through partnership with service lines, data analysis, reporting, and quality improvement initiatives. As a member of the Center for Quality and Patient Safety, the Program Manager III will also contribute to a broad portfolio of strategic initiatives and may be deployed to support emerging organizational priorities, quality improvement efforts, regulatory activities, patient safety programs, and other high-priority projects as needed. The Program Manager III is responsible for management of a specific, highly complex program or group of highly complex programs in a specialty/functional area including scheduling and budgeting activities and works in collaboration with leaders to implement the program's objectives in support of identified goals and the continuous improvement process. Responsible for monitoring the program's effectiveness and mobilizing stakeholders in support of continuous improvement to the program. Leads interdepartmental activities ensuring ongoing effective program operation and/or implementation.
