Requirements

Proven management and supervisory experience within healthcare or social services.
Strong background in program development and implementation.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health conditions.
Excellent relationship management skills.
Demonstrated administrative expertise including budgeting.
Knowledge of social work principles and practices.
Ability to lead a diverse team with compassion and professionalism.
