Join Pretium Packaging at our facility in Manchester, Pennsylvania as an on-site Operations Manager. Seeking bilingual candidates; the ability to read, write, and speak Spanish fluently is preferred. Pretium Packaging, founded in 1992, is a leading supplier of injection-blow molded plastic containers, known for delivering superior quality, value, and customer service. With 20 manufacturing locations across North America, we provide innovative, high-performance packaging solutions to a diverse portfolio of brand owners in the U.S. and Canada. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to provide exceptional leadership in our plant. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll have the autonomy to improve processes, develop people, and drive measurable performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
  • Experience improving productivity, cost performance, and operational metrics
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong decision-making and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with injection molding and packaging is preferred.
  • Bilingual candidates; the ability to read, write, and speak Spanish fluently is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the plant leadership team and frontline supervisors
  • Drive production performance to meet customer demand and shipping commitments
  • Improve productivity and efficiency through Lean manufacturing principles
  • Increase OEE through effective monitoring of equipment and labor utilization
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, ISO, GMP, and applicable state and federal regulations
  • Help analyze production costs and implement improvements to enhance profitability
  • Evaluate and recommend equipment upgrades and capital investments
  • Partner cross-functionally to support new product launches and process improvements
