About The Position
Lead the charge in delivering exceptional operations that power unforgettable guest experiences. The Manager of Operations will oversee day-to-day venue functions, ensuring efficient service execution, strong team performance, and alignment with Levy standards. This role will drive operational excellence while supporting event success from planning through execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of operations or hospitality management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with financial reporting and cost control
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple departments
- Manage staffing levels and scheduling to meet business demands
- Monitor financial performance including labor and cost controls
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with culinary, purchasing, and front-of-house teams
- Analyze operational data and implement process improvements
- Support event execution and resolve operational challenges in real time
