This role begins with approximately a year of field work delivering, swapping, and retrieving roll-off dumpsters and servicing portable restrooms across the Denver metro area and Northern Colorado. Within 12 to 18 months, the employee is expected to move into running field operations, with a path toward a salaried General Manager role. The position is with an owner-operated redbox+ franchise and combines driving, equipment care, customer service, logistics, and business development. The employee is expected to take ownership of routes, schedules, fleet operations, future driver onboarding, and customer relationships as responsibilities grow. The role requires independent judgment and practical problem-solving in the field, including assessing job-site conditions, troubleshooting issues, performing basic equipment checks and maintenance, and knowing when to escalate repairs. Employees must complete customer jobs accurately and to a high standard, and adapt routes and stop sequences as the day's work changes. The employee will also identify prospective customers at job sites, make introductions, follow up on leads, and earn commission on new accounts they bring in. Starting compensation is $34 to $38 per hour, based on experience, plus commission on new accounts. The stated workweek is 40 to 45 hours, with overtime paid. When promoted to General Manager, compensation changes to salary plus profit sharing, with total compensation designed to reach six figures. The position is in person and field based from the Brighton yard; employees take the company truck home each night.
