This role helps lead our snow operation before, during, and after each event — coordinating people, equipment, subcontractors, properties, and changing conditions while keeping safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability in focus. Requirements

• 3+ years of management or operations experience
• Snow removal field experience and knowledge of snow equipment
• Experience working with budgets and job-cost information
• Ability to develop or assist with accurate snow bids
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to make decisions and work effectively under pressure
• Comfort working outdoors and driving during winter weather
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Help plan and prepare for the snow season, including staffing, equipment, subcontractors, training, and site readiness.
• Lead and support snow operations during weather events, making real-time decisions as conditions change.
• Coordinate with Branch Managers, Account Managers, Snow Leaders, employees, and subcontractors.
• Inspect properties during and after storms to ensure quality and customer expectations are being met.
• Identify problems early and help resolve customer concerns quickly.
• Manage subcontractor performance and compliance with safety and operating expectations.
• Assist with snow bids, job costing, budgets, and opportunities for additional work.
• Help train employees and subcontractors and participate in post-storm reviews to improve future performance.
