Snow Area Manager
About The Position
Markstone Group is a leading landscape construction and snow removal contractor serving the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. With over 50 staff in the summer and a peak workforce of 300+ in the winter, we pride ourselves on delivering reliable, high-quality service to our clients year-round. This is a seasonal position from November 15, 2026, to April 15, 2027. The role involves leading the snow removal team, working long shifts and being on-call during storms, and proactively monitoring weather to plan operations. The goal is to keep communities safe and accessible during winter.
Requirements
- Collaborative and supportive attitude
- Determined and efficient
- Previous snow removal experience
- Valid G driver's license
- 2 years of supervising experience
Nice To Haves
- 2 years of experience in the landscape/snow removal industry
- 2 years of experience in snow shoveling/ploughing
Responsibilities
- Supervise snow removal operations
