About The Position

Clark's White Glove Delivery is seeking a driven Operations Leader to manage its Indianapolis headquarters location. This role is crucial as it serves as the foundation of the company and supports the largest and longest-standing client relationships. For over 25 years, Clark's has been a trusted partner for top interior designers, furniture retailers, and luxury brands in the Midwest, focusing on providing an exceptional final customer experience. The Indianapolis operation manages 5-6 outbound delivery trucks daily, supported by a dedicated warehouse, delivery, and office team. The company is looking for a leader with energy, accountability, and a passion for team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the Indianapolis HQ location
• Build, coach, and develop warehouse and delivery team members
• Maintain the highest standards for white glove service, professionalism, and client experience
• Oversee daily routing, scheduling, receiving, inspections, and warehouse flow
• Drive accountability through performance metrics, team meetings, and clear expectations
• Work directly with high-end interior designers and luxury furniture clients
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, processes, and profitability
• Create a culture where employees take pride in their work and want to grow
