Requirements

• 15–20 years overall IT experience
• 5–10 years hands-on AWS/cloud experience
• 3+ years leading onsite–offshore teams and SLA-based operations.

• networking fundamentals
• Windows Server and File Server administration; NTFS/share permissions
• Storage administration; backup and restore; migration experience (AWS/Azure/any cloud)
• Automation and scripting (PowerShell/AWS CLI)

• KPI/SLI/SLA management

Responsibilities

• Manage onsite–offshore team in a cloud-native environment; own docs and automation.
• Run operations governance and weekly customer review meetings.
• Drive improvements across cloud, processes, and tools for faster delivery.
• Handle escalations, define processes, deliver RCA, and manage SLA-driven delivery.
