About The Position

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in management consulting, program management, or global operations in a business or shared services environment.
  • 7 years of experience analyzing data and generating business insights.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA degree.
  • 7 years of experience with one or more areas within Google Ads (e.g., Analytics, Policy, Search, etc.) or related Ad Platforms.
  • Experience with program management, customer service, risk management, process quality, or process optimization.
  • Track record implementing operational process improvements and driving cross-organizational change management across scaled global operations in an outsourced business/shared services environment.
  • Ability to drive new projects from idea to execution, transformation, or transition projects.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills, using data and insights to inform strategic directions of projects and to craft compelling narratives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the planning, prioritization, execution, and delivery of Ads programs, including experiments, AI model development, and new product launches.
  • Develop new services, processes, tools, and frameworks to speed up Ads product development cycles.
  • Manage the development of new workflows, including guidelines, calibration, process definition, and quality review of human evaluation datasets.
  • Translate product insights and business needs into a program and product operational strategy, collaborating with Service Delivery Managers.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks, improve operational quality and product performance through data analysis and process improvements, and influence stakeholders based on developed insights.
