Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field
Must have completed Sophomore year.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to translate technical information into clear, easy-to-understand content
Strong attention to detail and organization
Proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Interest in manufacturing, operations, or maintenance environments

Nice To Haves

Previous experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe, Canva, or similar) is a plus
Experience with Microsoft Suite preferred
Basic video editing skills (or willingness to learn)

Responsibilities

Edit and produce training videos using existing and newly captured footage (e.g., safety trainings such as bloodborne pathogens)
Organize and enhance legacy video content to ensure usability and consistency
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of training materials
Support development of visual training tools that align with safety and food manufacturing standards
Assist in writing and updating standard work instructions and procedures for Operations and Maintenance
Translate technical processes into clear, user-friendly documentation for plant employees
Support standardization efforts to improve consistency, training, and operational efficiency
Ensure documentation aligns with safety, quality, and food safety requirements (GMPs)
Assist in building and updating reliability modules within RedZone or similar systems
Support data entry, tracking, and organization of maintenance and reliability information
Collaborate with Maintenance and Operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvement
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability and performance
Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Safety, and Quality teams to support ongoing projects
Assist with preparation of materials for trainings, meetings, and plant communications as needed
Contribute to special projects that support safety, food quality, and operational excellence
