Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field
  • Must have completed Sophomore year.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical information into clear, easy-to-understand content
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Interest in manufacturing, operations, or maintenance environments

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe, Canva, or similar) is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite preferred
  • Basic video editing skills (or willingness to learn)

Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce training videos using existing and newly captured footage (e.g., safety trainings such as bloodborne pathogens)
  • Organize and enhance legacy video content to ensure usability and consistency
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of training materials
  • Support development of visual training tools that align with safety and food manufacturing standards
  • Assist in writing and updating standard work instructions and procedures for Operations and Maintenance
  • Translate technical processes into clear, user-friendly documentation for plant employees
  • Support standardization efforts to improve consistency, training, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure documentation aligns with safety, quality, and food safety requirements (GMPs)
  • Assist in building and updating reliability modules within RedZone or similar systems
  • Support data entry, tracking, and organization of maintenance and reliability information
  • Collaborate with Maintenance and Operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability and performance
  • Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Safety, and Quality teams to support ongoing projects
  • Assist with preparation of materials for trainings, meetings, and plant communications as needed
  • Contribute to special projects that support safety, food quality, and operational excellence
