About The Position

WAYB is seeking a hands-on Operations & Logistics Manager to own day-to-day supply chain, inventory, fulfillment, and operational systems. The role connects overseas manufacturing, international shipping, inventory planning, third-party logistics (3PL), and order fulfillment across direct-to-consumer (DTC), Amazon, and wholesale channels. It owns administration and optimization of NetSuite, Shopify, Celigo, retailer EDI platforms, and related systems to maintain accurate inventory and order flows, troubleshoot integrations, and improve processes. The manager works with overseas manufacturing partners and internal teams to move products efficiently from production to customers. They will manage daily operations, establish reliable processes, and take initiative within a small, collaborative team. Success means maintaining visibility into inventory, incoming supply, demand, and required actions; ensuring accurate order, inventory, and tracking data across sales channels, NetSuite, and fulfillment partners; resolving issues before they affect customers or retail partners; and keeping partners and teams aligned.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce operations, inventory management, or a related field.
Strong hands-on NetSuite and Shopify experience, including order management, inventory workflows, fulfillment, and transaction troubleshooting.
Experience with Celigo or a comparable integration platform, including monitoring data flows, troubleshooting errors, and resolving failed transactions.
Hands-on experience managing 3PL relationships, inventory, and order fulfillment.
Experience with international shipping, overseas manufacturing coordination, and freight management.
Strong understanding of inventory planning, replenishment, and demand management.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to independently investigate and resolve operational issues.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Manage purchase orders, manufacturing schedules, international shipments, and inventory availability.
Coordinate with overseas manufacturing partners to align production and shipping timelines with business needs.
Monitor inventory, incoming shipments, and sales demand to prevent stockouts and supply disruptions.
Work with Commercial and Finance teams on demand forecasting, replenishment planning, and inventory priorities.
Own day-to-day relationships and operational performance with 3PL and logistics partners.
Oversee inbound receiving and outbound fulfillment across DTC, Amazon, wholesale, and retailer dropship channels.
Coordinate international freight, domestic transportation, and carrier-related shipping activities.
Monitor order fulfillment, resolve shipping exceptions, and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Administer and optimize NetSuite, Shopify, Celigo, and connected operational platforms.
Manage and troubleshoot integrations between sales channels, ERP, 3PL, and fulfillment systems to maintain accurate order, inventory, and tracking data.
Manage retailer EDI integrations and order management platforms, including TrueCommerce, Rithum, Nexternal, and retailer-specific dropship portals.
Support system setup, testing, and operational onboarding for new retail partners, sales channels, and integrations.
Work with external technology partners to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
Maintain reporting on inventory, open orders, manufacturing progress, incoming shipments, and fulfillment performance.
Improve processes, systems, and communication across the supply chain.
Update and maintain SOPs for order processing, inventory management, fulfillment, and system workflows.
