About The Position

We are looking for an experienced operational leader who can bring structure, accountability, and momentum to our day-to-day operations across every program we run. If you have a track record of leading teams, managing complex schedules, and driving process improvement in a fast-paced, compliance-heavy environment, this is your opportunity to lead operations for Arux Group across our Corso, Fossa, and Merlin programs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid state-issued armed security officer license (OR/WA/ID) and CPL.
  • Must possess armed certifications in all states in which Arux Group operates.
  • Proven experience in an operational leadership or management role, with a track record of successful process improvement and team management.
  • Must obtain OR DPSST Supervisory Manager certification within 90 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or security preferred.
  • Experience with HR systems, hiring/termination processes, and personnel management preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with company executives, the Operations Coordinator, and other departments and leaders.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and operational standards, including licensing and compliance requirements across relevant states.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all company operations across the Corso (Static Site Security), Fossa (Executive Protection), and Merlin (Private Investigation) programs.
  • Work with the Operations Coordinator to manage the company schedule, specialist staffing, work assignments, and related operational tasks.
  • Manage full-cycle hiring, onboarding, disciplinary actions, and termination processes for specialists and operational staff in accordance with company policy and applicable federal, state, and local laws.
  • Oversee and maintain HR systems and processes related to employee records, scheduling, certifications, compliance tracking, and personnel management.
  • Manage compliance, including licensing and certifications, to ensure specialists meet eligibility requirements for work in each state.
  • Coordinate with the training program on recertifications and ongoing eligibility for specialists.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of company initiatives.
  • Draw on relationships with program heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions on operational activity that align with strategic company goals and vision.
  • Devise strategies to grow all company programs and implement process improvements that maximize output and minimize costs.
  • Adhere to company policies and standards, and ensure laws, regulations, and compliance are being followed.
  • Be willing and able to assist with field duties as needed to ensure no dark hours (open shifts).
