Internal Communications Lead

Airbnb
$160,000 - $200,000Remote

About The Position

Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way. Airbnb is a mission-driven company dedicated to helping create connection and belonging. The company was born with a creative spirit, much like the environment at the Rhode Island School of Design where Brian Chesky and Joe Gebbia — two of its co-founders — went to college together. This creative spirit is one of the defining parts of Airbnb's culture. Our Internal Communications team aims to build a strong and enduring culture by connecting more than 8,000 employees around the world to Airbnb's mission, community, and core values through storytelling and shared experiences. Our charter is simple and demanding: share high-quality, concise, relevant communications that inform and inspire.
