About The Position

In Tandem is hiring an Operations Lead, Strategic Growth Initiatives to bring structure to ambiguity, align cross-functional teams, and move high-priority growth initiatives from idea through execution. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this role works across Product, Go-To-Market, Operations, Partnerships, Finance, Legal, and company leadership to strengthen the company’s execution. The position combines strategic work with hands-on implementation and uses AI as a practical tool to improve speed, quality, and operating leverage. The role owns the executive operating cadence, including weekly leadership meetings, monthly business reviews, board preparation, leadership offsites, and the metrics and narratives that support decision-making. It translates company goals into operating frameworks, evaluates partnership and business development opportunities, and leads cross-functional projects such as strategic analyses, process redesigns, product launches, commercial experiments, and new-market opportunities. It also builds AI-enabled workflows and repeatable systems—including playbooks, dashboards, launch plans, and operating metrics—to improve clarity, accountability, execution speed, and measurement as the company grows. In Tandem builds technology for families through OurFamilyWizard, Cozi, FamilyWall, and Custody Navigator. The company describes its work as helping families manage routines, communicate, and navigate life transitions, with a focus on reducing the mental load and supporting healthy childhoods.
