About The Position

As a knowledgeable expert in how operations and systems work together, you will ensure that systemic functionality surrounds operational processes that meet or exceed KPIs and SLAs. You will be responsible for the creation, performing and reporting of UAT test scripts and scenarios from an Operational point of view. In close collaboration with the project team, solutions analysts and engineering you will ensure the effective launch of new business and projects. As the project rolls in to Launch phase you will act as the liaison between Operations and IT to fix or enhance challenges associated to systems. You will be responsible for assisting in the creation of work instructions, specifically the system functionality. You will be responsible for ensuring that reports are operational day one of launch that reflect KPI and SLA metrics. The business should be handed to the local plant so that it can operate in sustaining mode meeting all its key metrics. You will ensure the revised processes are documented, labor standards are updated and internal stakeholders are trained/re-training, as appropriate. You will need to prioritize actions, assign responsibilities and due dates and follow up to ensure on time completion within specified cost parameters.

Requirements

Knowledgeable expert in how operations and systems work together.
Experience in creating, performing, and reporting UAT test scripts and scenarios from an operational point of view.
Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, solutions analysts, and engineering.
Experience acting as a liaison between Operations and IT.
Experience assisting in the creation of work instructions, specifically system functionality.
Experience ensuring reports are operational and reflect KPI and SLA metrics.
Experience ensuring revised processes are documented, labor standards are updated, and stakeholders are trained.
Ability to prioritize actions, assign responsibilities and due dates, and follow up on completion within specified cost parameters.
