About The Position

The Launch Specialist plays a critical role in onboarding agents across Goosehead’s corporate and franchise channels by guiding them through business setup, licensing, and training preparation. For franchise agents, this includes supporting entity formation, office setup, and compliance logistics, while for corporate agents it involves licensing support, study material preparation, and training readiness. Launch Specialists also verify system setup, troubleshoot issues, and ensure consistent communication throughout the process. Post-onboarding, they provide continued support with office moves, entity changes, and employee updates, ensuring agents remain set up for long-term success.
