About The Position
Schneider is seeking an Operations Intern in West Memphis, Arkansas, to support the operations team. The intern will solve problems as they arise and complete administrative processes while gaining transportation experience. The internship also offers networking events with Schneider associates, professional skills training led by Schneider leaders, business resource group meetings and events, volunteer activities, and after-work social gatherings.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a college or university.
- Working toward an associate or bachelor's degree.
- Able to work full-time over the summer.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Work with various systems and programs.
- Work with teams including customer service, safety, and equipment maintenance.
- Respond to driver phone calls and messages.
- Resolve customer and equipment issues.
- Solve problems as they arise and complete administrative processes.
