About The Position

POSITION: Operations Intern DEPARTMENT: Ops Admin REPORTS TO: Sr. Manager, Projects & Compliance Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist the Operations Department (Conversions, Facilities, and Ops Admin) with daily and event-related tasks as needed. Attend, participate in, and document stadium, facilities, event, and operational meetings, inspections, and walkthroughs. Provide front-line and back-of-house operational support for all stadium events and functions. Support the development of reports and documentation for the Operations Department. Lead a special project by collaborating, developing, and implementing a new operational process to improve performance. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills and Abilities Candidate should have the ability to make good decisions under pressure. Excellent organizational skills are a must. Possess exceptional written and verbal communications skills. Communicate clearly and concisely in the English language, both orally and in writing Work a flexible schedule including early mornings, days, evenings, overnight, weekends, holidays, extended (long) work days and extended numbers of days. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing software. Additionally, individual must be willing to learn and use accounting/financial reporting software and ADP software.
